Yvette Harris, a senior at Stockton Lincoln High in California, won the girls 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles at the Stanford Invitational at Cobb Track and Angell Field in Palo Alto, Calif. Harris ran a wind-legal 13.95 seconds in the 100 hurdles final after clocking 14.08 seconds in the prelims earlier in the day. She also prevailed in the 400 hurdles in 1:01.82. Harris also placed 14th in the long jump with a leap of 15-6.25 (4.73m).
