Yvette Harris, a recent graduate of Lincoln Stockton High in California and a Central Florida signee representing God Speed Track Club, took third in the women's 17-18 heptathlon final with a personal-best 4,708 points at the USATF National Junior Olympic Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Harris achieved the top performances in the 100-meter hurdles, clocking 14.10 seconds, and the 200 meters, running 24.81, before achieving a mark of 2:31.65 in the 800.
